Pillar Workshop is a 3D visualization studio specializing in custom 3D floor plans and architectural visualization for universities, multifamily housing, hospitality, and commercial spaces.

ABOUT PILLAR WORKSHOP

Pillar Workshop, founded in 2012, creates custom 3D floor plans and architectural visualizations that transform traditional plans and drawings into clear, engaging representations of real spaces. Our work helps clients communicate layouts, understand spaces, and present their properties more effectively.

We work with universities, student housing providers, multifamily communities, architects, developers, and commercial organizations across the United States. Every visualization is built specifically for the project rather than produced from a one-size-fits-all template.

From a single floor plan to hundreds of unique layouts across a large portfolio, our process is designed to deliver consistent, professional visualization at scale.

OUR APPROACH

Built around clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

01

01

Accuracy

Accuracy

Every visualization begins with the source material. We carefully interpret plans, drawings, dimensions, and project details to create a faithful representation of the space.

02

02

Clarity

Clarity

A floor plan should be easy to understand. We transform technical drawings into approachable visuals that communicate layout, scale, flow, and function at a glance.

03

03

Customization

Customization

Every property is different. Furniture, finishes, materials, colors, and architectural details are tailored to reflect the actual project rather than a generic template.

04

04

Consistency

Consistency

Whether a project requires one floor plan or hundreds, we build visualization systems that maintain a consistent look and level of quality across the entire portfolio.

From plans to finished visualization.
